Shipping and Delivery Information

Orders from The Innovative Packaging ship flat and pre-assembled to your door. Below is everything about lead times, shipping zones, and what to expect after you place an order.

Standard Lead Times

Our standard production and delivery lead time is 8 to 10 business days from the date your artwork is approved. That clock starts when you approve your 3D digital proof, not when you place the order.

If your artwork needs revisions, each round adds time. Submitting print-ready files upfront is the best way to stay on schedule. Our in-house design team will help you get there at no extra cost.

Rush orders can be turned around in 6 to 8 business days for a small additional fee. If you are working to a deadline, mention it when you request a quote and we will confirm whether the timeline is achievable before you commit.

If your destination is not listed, email us at sales@theinnovativepackaging.com before placing an order and we will confirm availability and cost.

How Orders Are Dispatched

All orders ship flat-packed and pre-assembled. Boxes arrive ready to use straight out of the carton.

We produce in Pakistan and ship direct to your address. Tracking information is sent once your order leaves our facility. Most customers receive tracking within the first 48 hours of production completion.

Rush Orders

Rush delivery (6 to 8 business days) is available on most order types. The fee varies by order size and box complexity. To check rush availability, include your deadline when you get a quote and we will confirm within one business day.

Rush is not always possible for very large orders or those with complex finishing, including foil stamping and embossing. We will tell you this upfront if it applies.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we send tracking details to the email on your account. If you have not received tracking information within your expected lead time, email sales@theinnovativepackaging.com or call +1 (302) 219-6751.
