The Innovative Packaging is a US-based custom box manufacturer serving brands across cosmetics, food, retail, CBD, and gifting with wholesale packaging from 100 units. We handle everything from dieline creation to final delivery, with free design support and a 3D digital sample on every order.

Who We Are

Ijlal Ahmed founded The Innovative Packaging with a specific frustration in mind: smaller brands were being forced into huge minimum orders and long lead times just to get decent custom packaging made.

We are registered in Middletown, Delaware, with production facilities in Pakistan, and ship to customers across the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. Since launching, we have fulfilled thousands of custom packaging orders across more than a dozen product categories. Our standard lead time is 8 to 10 business days after artwork approval, and our minimum order starts at just 100 boxes per style.

Ijlal built the company after working with brands that kept hitting the same wall: factories demanding 5,000-unit minimums, lead times stretching to months, and inconsistent quality on anything below large-scale runs. The Innovative Packaging was set up to solve that.

What We Make

We produce custom boxes in virtually every style and material:

Box styles: tuck-end cartons, sleeve boxes, rigid boxes, mailer boxes, display boxes, rectangular boxes, roll-end tuck tops, and more. If a style is not listed on the site, just ask us. We can make it.

Industries served: cosmetics, CBD, food and bakery, retail, gifting, vape, essential oils, pharmaceuticals, and general consumer goods.

Materials: Kraft, cardboard, corrugated stock, and rigid board in weights from 12pt to 24pt. Biodegradable and recycled material options are available for brands with sustainability requirements.

Printing: digital, offset, and screen printing in CMYK and PMS. All boxes are 100% bleed-proof.

Finishing options: matte lamination, gloss lamination, soft-touch lamination, spot UV, embossing, debossing, gold and silver foil stamping, and die-cut windows.

How We Work

Submit a quote, share your artwork, approve a 3D proof, and we go to production. That is the whole process.

1. Submit a quote request on the website or reach out by phone or email
2. Share your artwork as a PDF or PSD at 300 DPI minimum, or let our in-house designers build it for you at no extra charge
3. Review and approve your 3D digital sample. Physical samples are also available for a small fee if you want to check the print and structure in hand before committing to a full run
4. Once payment is confirmed, production starts. Standard lead time is 8 to 10 business days. Rush delivery in 6 to 8 days is available for a small fee

The minimums are actually low. We start at 100 boxes per style. Most factories want 1,000 or more before they will even take your call. Browse all box styles to find what fits your product.

No die or plate charges. A lot of suppliers add these as separate line items. We build them into the unit price.

Design support at no extra cost. Our in-house team will help you get artwork production-ready. If you have a rough sketch or a brand idea with no file, we can work with that. Start with a quote and we go from there.
